How we work
We work with over 900 partner laboratories, offering their best services to you through one place of contact. All the labs are carefully selected to meet not only ISO 17025, GLP, or GMP standards, but to also comply with our criteria for reliable turnaround times and accurate methods.
In addition to finding the most cost-effective laboratories for each analysis we offer, we also have good relationships with our partner laboratories and get bulk discounts due to our large sample volumes. This way, we can offer you great prices in addition to the efficient service.
Compliance & quality
Most of our partner laboratories are ISO 17025 accredited and use accredited methods for the analyses they offer. Our partners’ accreditation is accepted internationally under the “accredited once, accepted everywhere” principle, as stated in the ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement. The national and regional accreditation bodies that are signatories to the arrangement agree to acknowledge accreditations granted by other signatories.
We also offer testing services performed according to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Finally, all the laboratories we work with have passed our own rigorous quality assessment, and we continuously monitor and re-evaluate the quality of their services.
Leave your worries to industry experts
Our testing experts are specialized in the specific needs and requirements of their respective industries. They keep up with regulation updates and new method developments to make sure you always get reliable, up-to-date results.
